He pretends to be a delegate of the University of Art and Design Linz and arranges an agreement within the framework of the Erasmus student exchange program.

Immediately after his return, he informs the Vice-Rector of the University of Art and Design in Linz that the Technical University in Las Palmas is keen to conclude an agreement on student exchanges between the two universities.
